CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no call, no shows or cancellations after 24 hours of scheduled appointment. No call/no shows will not be able to book again in the future. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Any additional reschedule requests will require cancellation of the original appointment and a new booking. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Genese Belle for emergencies or circumstances affecting the business.
